We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant & Dispatcher to our quickly growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information regarding current and past customers
- Answering phones, responding to Facebook inquiries and responding to email and messages for quotes and appointment requests
- Provide administrative assistance and support to our office manager, owner, and plumbing team
- Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
- Â Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the customer service field
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Professional, reliable, and personable
- Experience with QuickBooksÂ
- Experience with dispatching
