Toilet Repair and Replacement in Hamtramck, MI

We had a really great experience with Waterwork! We’ve had multiple plumbing companies out over the course of a few months due to intermittent flooding in our basement, but each time the plumber was unable to do much beyond a small temporary fix.

This time Kenny really took the time to investigate our issue instead of just sending us to a waterproofing company. He contacted his supervisor Egor and he came right over. Egor discovered that we had multiple issues —not only with our storm drain, but we had a burst water pipe in the front yard that we didn’t know about. It had been leaking for months!

Egor went so far as to help us work with the city to get that pipe repaired (and ultimately replaced). He saved us tons of money and they even snaked our drain before leaving. Our basement is dry, and while we still do need to work on waterproofing, Egor really saved the day for us! I will always use Waterwork from now on, super satisfied! Thanks guys!

Called with an emergency as drains were backing up company sent out someone within the hour. Service tech was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Would highly recommend this company should you need any plumbing work done.

Don our service provider was fast, articulate and friendly. Work was completed perfectly, on time and within budget. Clean up was perfect as well. Will call Waterwork again for any plumbing needs.

We had an issue with the temperature control valve in our shower, so I called WaterWork plumbing on a Friday at ~4 PM. A master plumber (Arnie) was there working on it at 9 AM the very next day. You can’t ask for a faster turnaround than that!

The job ended up being much bigger than expected, but I am confident that it was fixed properly.

There were a few other small problems (dripping faucet) that were fixed while he was here.

The whole project took ~4 hours, and I was very satisfied with the price.

WaterWork is the premier plumbing company in the area, and I will definitely choose them again for my next plumbing needs!

Excellent service! Arnie and Jonathan did a great job! Very professional! They came went through the problem and took care of the problem efficiently! They walked us through a few things and were very helpful! We are even scheduled for them to call back later this week to replace our hot water tank and some other fixtures

We had the absolute best experience today with WaterWork! After having had surgery our dryer stopped working. Needless to say, we needed our new dryer to be connected asap. We called at 8:30am and the tech (he was great but don’t recall his name) showed up around 11am or so. 20+ minutes later we had a dryer! We have found our new go-to plumbing company. Out of 3 no call no shows from other plumbing companies this company came through and saved the day. I needed an inspection on my water heater and Water Works was more dependable than them other guys. Larry was prompt and on time, he took his time to explain the problems with the hot water tank and gave me an estimate for the repairs after the inspection. I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Waterwork Plumbing for hot water heater issues. Guy came out the following day & quickly found the problems. He replaced the water heater, corrected/replaced some adapters and hauled away the old heater. Guy kept the work areas clean-we appreciate that. The price was reasonable.

Every one is very pleasant on the phone. You don’t have to wait for service. They come to the job on time or early. Had Waterwork Plumbing out twice. First time was for a second opinion, which saved us $$$$$$.$$. Today they fixed a leaky pipe in the ceiling of the basement.

I can’t say enough good things about WaterWork. They’ve done a few jobs for us since we moved to Royal Oak, and we’ve always been very pleased with their work.
This week, the new water heater they installed was inspected by the city, and we needed to make some changes to the venting. Kenny came the same afternoon, took a look at the mess of vents that needed attention, took some pictures, and came back the next morning to install some new vents – the solution was nothing short of elegant!
